When will my order arrive?

All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment, from our warehouse either in the US or China. Deliveries are taking 10-12 working days on average. In some cases, deliveries can take up to 21 working days. This is because there might be occasional delay due to customs clearance processes, which are totally out of our control.



How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking number. Using this number you will be able to know where is your item and when it is going to arrive to you.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

This depends on the area you are ordering from. If you order from Europe, for instance, you will be charged with VAT duties. In other words, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes.

Please be aware that pomline.net does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by pomline.net, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.



What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

We always work hard to ensure that all items are of the highest quality and guarantee to our customers a great brand experience. What is your returns policy?

We offer 20-days after delivery hassle-free return for your items.

The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been used in any way.

pomline.net offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

All returns must be sent to our warehouses in the United States and Europe. However, the address where you should send the return will be sent to you when you contact us for a return at info@pomline.net



How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@pomline.net using the same e-mail address you used to order the item. We will send you the address you need to use to send back the items.

Once we receive the items, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

Pomline.net cannot be held liable for the loss of the items during the return process. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.



Does pomline.net deliver worldwide?

How much does delivery cost?

This depends on the item and the amount of money you spent on your purchases. However, in the shipping page you can see the details about the shipping processes and costs.
